Dozens join walk against domestic violence after deadly pair of attacks in Bergen County

PARAMUS — Pete and Jackie Miragliotta, clad in purple, talked about the day, five years ago, when their daughter was killed by her husband on the front lawn of the couple’s Carlstadt home. 

“It changes everything,” said Pete, a photo of his daughter, Michele, dangling around his neck. “It’s always there – it’s always part of who you are.”
